Higgs turns to First Dates’ Fred for masterclass
Britain’s best-loved maître d’, Fred Sirieix, is sharing his experience and passion for customer service excellence in a new collaboration with Black Country law firm Higgs & Sons.
Instantly recognisable from his role on the Channel 4 show First Dates, the suave Frenchman is renowned for his commitment to customer care and the importance of service to every business, not just the hospitality industry.
Fred told Higgs he is looking forward to sharing his service experiences with them. “The organisations out there that are achieving and sustaining growth year after year are those that have placed customer service at the heart of their strategic plans.
“It is service, and the relationship it allows them to build with their customers, that creates loyalty and means customers come back to them rather than go to a competitor.
“I look forward to helping you to inspire your people to the best possible client service.”

Later this year Fred will deliver a service masterclass at Higgs’ Waterfront Business Park headquarters in the heart of the Black Country, entitled ‘What does good service look like?’

Fred is General Manager of the Michelin Star restaurant Galvin at Windows at the London Hilton Park Lane, and has recently published a book, Secret Service, which lifts the lid on the restaurant world.
